REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS

Please fill out the repair form below before returning your Good Charma jewelry.

SHIPPING CARE: Please return all items in a padded envelope or box to prevent crushing in transit. You may wish to insure your package, as we can't be responsible for lost or damaged packages.  

OUR GUARANTEE: We guarantee that your Good Charma piece is free of defects such as breakage for one year from date of purchase. All repairs after one year from purchase date are subject to repair fees. Please include a copy of your sales receipt / proof of purchase with your repair form. Our guarantee does not include modifications to your Good Charma piece, i.e. resizing.
