How to Use Your Lava Aromatherapy Bracelet 

Place a drop of your favorite essential oil on one to three of the lava beads on the bracelet, making sure to apply it on the part of the bead facing away from the skin. Because essential oils are super concentrated, it's best to avoid applying them directly to the skin. Wait a few minutes for the oil to absorb into the lava before putting it on, to avoid staining your clothes. Use oil sparingly.  A little goes a long way!
