SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, orders are processed within 2 to 10 business days if items are in stock. We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.

How will my order ship?

Within the United States, Good Charma ships all packages via UPS (unless otherwise noted) from Massachusetts. Shipping rates vary per state / region.

Please be sure that all shipping information is entered correctly. In the event that you need an address correction please contact us right away with your updated shipping address. Any orders that are redirected due to address correction or incomplete address (i.e. floor #, house #, or apt #) will be charged a $10 fee.

Please be sure you have made arrangements for the delivery of your order. Good Charma can not be held responsible for orders that are deemed non-deliverable. Customers will be charged for return shipment, which is equivalent to the amount paid for shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

PLEASE NOTE: Orders are shipped from Massachusetts. International shipping charges do not include taxes and duties. Please contact your country’s customs office for more information on these fees. If an order is placed online, but is undeliverable, you will be responsible for all shipping charges, including duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred while shipping. These charges will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Is there a sales tax?

Sales tax is charged to those residing in Massachusetts ONLY. There is NO SALES TAX for orders outside of Massachusetts.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses?

UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide an actual physical address for fastest delivery. We do ship to military addresses via United States Postal Service (USPS). Please enter APO or FPO along with any delivery instructions in the Special Instructions window.

RETURNS & REPAIRS

What is the return policy?


If you would like to return an item from your website order, we offer a 15-day full refund on items sent back unworn and returned in the original packaging. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Good Charma does not offer exchanges, but a webstore merchandise credit can be used to purchase a new item of your choosing from goodcharma.com. We will issue a credit for the returned items and notify you via email. 

Items must be unworn with tags attached and must be sent back with a receipt, online packing slip, or order number. Gift receipts are entitled to a webstore merchandise credit. Both refunds and webstore credits include the price of the merchandise plus applicable taxes, less any discounts that may have been applied at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: 

Please contact Good Charma customer service at info@goodcharma.com for shipments made to Canada. 

To return one of our products, please complete our Return Authorization Form. If an item is received before the Authorization form is completed, we will not be able to process your request.

Is there a warranty on Good Charma jewelry?

Yes! We guarantee that your Good Charma piece is free of defects such as breakage for one year from the date of receipt.

Do you repair Good Charma jewelry?

Yes! We do repairs for Good Charma pieces only and the repair costs are minimal. Do not send anything anything without first filling out and submitting a Jewelry Repair / Modification Form.
