While designing in Bali...I took an excursion to Hong Kong to meet a friend. It was at this time that she took me to the most incredible street market. It was here, immersed in all the magical culture, where I was struck by how many "good-luck" trinkets and collectables they had at every booth. One woman had a bin filled with thousands of coins. Each coin on the back had a unique symbol representing: prosperity, good health, good fortune, happiness, courage...you name it they had it!! It was during this moment that I was inspired to create the PROSPERITY set. The coins I used for this set represent...good fortune and happiness. An amazing combo!!!!!!!!!!!!
